The 1st Special Response Group (as a entity within the Western Disaster Center) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization based in Northern California. All donations to 1SRG are tax deductible for US residents. Donations may also qualify as tax deductions by individuals in other countries as well (check your local regulations).

Employers may match individual donations - please check with your corporate giving office for details.

You may donate to 1SRG through the United Way.

"The United Way campaign provides contributors with an opportunity to support any nonprofit 501(c) certified organization of their choice. A contributor can make a gift to your organization simply by filling in the “Designated Gift” section of their contribution form.

Please note that 1SRG's parent organization is the Western Disaster Center, our 501(c)3 status is listed under that name, and donations through United Way should be made to the Western Disaster Center.
