1SRG's day-to-day operations are run by the management team, led by 1SRG's director. This group includes several officers who are responsible for major operational requirements for the team and topic specific coordinators responsible for overseeing specific parts of the overall mission. During deployments, the team is enhanced by a team leader running the field operations and a Duty Officer who manages logistics and communications.
